What kind of pickup and delivery methods are available?
In addition to in store shopping, we offer curbside pick-up and local delivery to the Lexington area (free with purchases over $49). You can select either option during the checkout process.
For those who aren't local, shipping will be available to you during checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship most orders via USPS and UPS, and they typically arrive in 2-5 business days. If there is an unexpected delay, we'll do our best to let you know!
Is shipping free?
For orders of $49 or more, shipping is free!
We search places near and far to bring unique goods to our customers, and we pack them with love. Those orders are then safely handed off to our hardworking postal carriers, who bring them to you. So, we hope you'll consider this a small price to pay for the convenience and safety.
I saw an item I love on your site (or social media) but I can't find it online. Can I still order it?
Absolutely! We strive to offer small-batch and constantly evolving inventory, but we also understand there will be items you just can’t live without. So, we’re happy to try to locate those must-have goods for you. If that’s the case, message us and we'll see what we can do.
Will you help with gift curation?
Yes, please!! We love intentional and thoughtful gifting, so don't hesitate to ask for a little suggestion or guidance in putting together the perfect gift. We're happy to wrap it for you and include a personal note too!
Do you sell gift cards online?
Gift cards are available online and are redeemable online and in-store. Email us with any questions, and we're happy to help.
Do you ship outside the US?
We do not currently ship internationally. But, if there's something you have your heart set on, send us a message and we'll gladly look into options for you.
How do I return my purchase?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason that’s not the case, please notify us within 15 days of your purchase (or receiving your shipment) so that we can authorize a return or exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the items in their original condition, we’ll issue a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Please note: items not eligible for return or exchange include consumables, personal care products, seasonal, and sale items.
