Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 30 days of purchase or delivery to request a return or exchange authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once returned items are received and inspected in their original, unused condition, we will process a refund or exchange. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Consumable products
  • Personal care products
  • Seasonal merchandise
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Candle-making and craft reservations
  • Workshops, classes, and event bookings

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
