Group Experience | 6–15 Guests

Gather your people and come make something that smells amazing!

Perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, showers, team outings, girls' nights, family get-togethers—or simply getting a group together for something fun. Our Group Experience gives you reserved seating and extra time to create, sip and hang out together.

Group Experience Pricing

$10 per guest with a $60 minimum. Groups may include up to 15 guests, and smaller groups are welcome to book at the $60 minimum.

The Group Experience Fee reserves your group's extended studio time and seating together and does not apply toward individual projects. Your guest count should include everyone attending, including makers and non-makers.

Candles, crafts, food and drinks are purchased separately.

Everyone can make something different—and you don't have to stop at just one! Explore our fragrance library, create your own custom scents and choose what you'd like to make when you arrive.

• Bath + Body | $18–$22 — Body mists, foaming hand soaps and lotions
• Home Fragrance | $18–$40 — Room sprays, wax melts and diffusers
• Custom Candles | $18–$48 — Metal and glass vessels in a variety of sizes

Candles include our complimentary toppings bar with eco-glitter, seasonal wax shapes, sprinkles, salts, herbs and more, plus a custom label. Crystals and gemstones can be added for $12.

Project options, vessel colors and styles may vary based on availability.

Enjoy handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, dirty sodas, bubbly, beer, wine and more from our full-service bar while you create. And don't forget to shop Poppy & Pomelo before or after your experience!

We pair a fun, approachable experience with ingredients we're proud of. Our candles are made with clean-burning luxury coconut wax, FSC-sourced crackling cedar wicks and premium fragrance oils. Our 85+ fragrances are cosmetic-grade, vegan and cruelty-free and free from parabens, phthalates, lead and zinc.

Finished your favorite scent? Bring your eligible vessel back for a refill and save up to 30%.

Before You Book

The Group Experience Fee is nonrefundable and is based on the total number of people attending, including makers and non-makers.

Need to add someone? Give us a call! Additional guests may be added for $10 each, up to 15 guests and subject to studio availability.

Because we reserve space based on the guest count you select, there are no refunds if fewer guests attend. We can only guarantee seating for the number booked, so please contact us before bringing additional guests.
